1 cup cashew soaked for 20 min, rinsed and drained
3 cups of water (do not use the soaking water)
1 Frozen Banana
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar or sweetener of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon of salt

In the blender, blend the soaked cashew with water until smooth, then add sweetener, vanilla and salt and blend briefly. Chill & shake before serving You can store it up to 2 days in the fridge.



1/2 cup macadamia nuts (not soaked)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika powder

Grate the macadamia nuts with a micro grater.
Add all the other ingredients and toss gently to keep the powder fluffy
